Meditrina Beverages is looking for 2–3 enthusiastic, reliable and customer-focused team membersto join our Café, Cellar Door & Functions team.

This is a varied hospitality role where no two days are quite the same. From welcoming visitors and sharing our wines through tastings, to preparing café offerings and helping deliver memorable functions and events, you’ll play an important part in creating a warm and welcoming Meditrina experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing friendly café service, including coffee preparation and simple food preparation.
• Welcoming visitors, conducting wine tastings and assisting with wine sales.
• Delivering food and beverage service for functions and eventMaintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and customer service.Assisting with stock management, point-of-sale transactions and daily venue operations.
• Working collaboratively with your teammates to ensure smooth shift handovers and consistent service.

What We’re Looking For

• A friendly, approachable and professional manner.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Reliability, initiative and a positive, can-do attitude.
• The ability to multitask and work both independently and as part of a small team.
• An interest in wine, food and hospitality.
• A NSW Food Handler Basics certificate.

Hospitality, café, cellar door, wine sales or events experience is an advantage. A current RSA and Food Safety Supervisor certificate are desirable. Professional barista qualifications are not essential.

Flexible Work Arrangements

We’re looking to build a team of 2–3 people who can share the role and provide coverage across our seven-day trading week.

This arrangement may suit people looking for part-time work that fits around family, study, another job or other commitments. We’re happy to discuss individual availability and work together to establish a practical roster.

Weekend availability across the team and flexibility for occasional evening functions are required.
